Rights

On May 27, 2006, we received permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

Subject: [Etree] Stillwood at Archive.org

I (we) give you "some kind of permission for (you) to archive your shows for public download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation."

Our official website is www.stillwood.us

and our Taping policy is as follows...

Taping is the fuel of the scene and SW loves it and wants to marry it.

This is our OFFICIAL POLICY-as it appears on our contract.
The PROMOTER shall allow non-commercial audio taping of STILLWOOD’s performance by members of the audience and may designate a specific area for recording that does not interfere with the operation of the venue. Video recording is not permitted without prior permission of the ARTIST.

When we use our own sound system, we sometimes provide a board mix (custom mixed using extra aux. sends) for folks to have. Any tapes you have we would also love to have. If you are coming to a show thats far away from our home, we may be able to get you in for free to tape.

Some venues may not allow taping, that is out of our hands.
